£35,000 - £45,000

The Company:

One of the largest AV Integrators in the UK, our company has a proven track record of excellence in audio-visual integration projects across various sectors. With over 100 employees, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Service Engineers to join us.

Brief Overview of Role:

We are looking for Service Engineers to carry out maintenance and service visits for our high-end residential clients in London and the South of England.

Duties:

  • Servicing and maintenance of high-end residential AV systems, including home cinemas, networks, and lighting controls.
  • Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance visits.
  • Troubleshooting programming related issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing issues with AV hardware, control systems, and audio DSPs.
  • Resolving network related issues and reconfiguring network switches and routers as needed.
  • Accurately updating service documentation.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience as an AV Engineer.
  • Commissioning or service experience in a residential AV environment.
  • Strong knowledge of networks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Package:

  • £35,000 - £45,000 salary, dependent on experience.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Statutory pension.
  • Tools, laptop, and phone provided.
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
