AV Project Engineer

Maidenhead salary £40,000

A progressive expanding AV /Technology company are seeking to recruit a Project Engineer working office/hybrisd and site The main purpose of the Project Engineer role is to collaborate closely with project managers and product specialists, ensuring seamless technical setup, testing and configuration of various projects, with specific focus on Digital Signage, IPTV, and Room/Desk Booking solutions. By leveraging technical expertise, the Project Engineer plays a pivotal role in preparing and implementing these solutions, contributing to the successful execution of projects within the digital signage and audiovisual technology domains.

Working alongside Project Managers and Product Specialists to ensure that the technical aspects of a project are setup, tested and configured ready for implementation. Concentrating on Digital Signage, IPTV and Room / Desk booking solutions initially.

Experience of IT / AV hardware including PC's, Android devices, Screens, Network Hardware

o Experience in a project based role

o Experience in IT, AV or both

o Experience with Windows and Android operating systems

o Understanding of Network Protocols such as IP, Ports, Firewalls, Multicast, Diagnostics

o Understanding of remote management software such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office including O365, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

o Working under pressure, to tight deadlines, both as part of a team and under own initiative

o Ability to adapt to a changing environment

o Excellent communication skills

o Good organisational skills

o Strong administration skills

o Full UK Driving Licence
