Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 | OTE £30K - £45K

A specialist integrator of AV, IT, and networks within the marine and residential sector, our client has over 40 years of industry experience and multiple awards under their belt. They are a trusted name in the industry, known for their high-end superyacht installations.

As an AV Engineer (Marine), you will be responsible for the installation of IT, networks, AV, and security systems on superyachts throughout Europe. This role requires regular international travel.

• Assembling AV racks in the Hertfordshire warehouse
• 1st and 2nd fix installation of AV/IT hardware, access control, and CCTV systems
• Basic level system commissioning of networks and audio DSPs
• Maintaining and updating project documentation
• Interpreting and working from schematic drawings
• Collaborating with teams of permanent staff and sub-contractors when required
• Travelling to the office when necessary

• 2+ years of experience in the marine or residential AV sector
• Valid Passport
• Willingness to travel and work away from home regularly at short notice

• European Passport
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience working with QSC and BSS
• Network configuration experience

• Salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE: £30,000 - £45,000
• 1.5X overtime rates - most engineers earn an extra 20-30% of their annual salary in overtime
• All expenses covered, including travel, accommodation, and tools
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Statutory pension
