The role is covering legislation and certification for sustainable electronic vehicles, is a field-based role covering London, reporting to the West Thurrock office in a permanent role.

Based in a facility in West Thurrock you’ll play a pivotal role, facilitating green solutions in transport. What Will You Do?

As a Automotive Customer Service / Aftersales Manager in the Electric Vehicles (EV) industry, you will be a key player, on the customer facing side of the business, collating data and offering financially beneficial solutions to the company and the customers. You will be facilitating the satisfaction of new and existing customers that are part of this futuristic and exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities as a Automotive Customer Service / Aftersales Manager:

  • Manage customer accounts and contracts.
  • Take action on customer enquiries.
  • Identify fresh, innovative customers and products.
  • Recommend and implement solutions inter-departmentally.
  • Assist in the creation of Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor and review regional spending and undertake corrective action for lower performing accounts.

The Ideal Automotive Customer Service / Aftersales Manager Would Have…

  • Commercial vehicle experience 
  • Experience in B2B customer facing roles in the sector.
  • An understanding of the technical elements of the advantages of the vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills for negotiation of agreeable solutions.
  • Knowledge of health and safety experience and a full driving license.
