Our client, a leading global automotive brand are setting up a brand new E Commerce Team as part of their wider Communications Department and seeking an experienced CRM Section Manager.

This role will lead the development of the CRM customer contact strategy for our client's automotive business. 

You will drive incremental retention, volume, and profit through the sale of cars and complimentary revenue generating products via the CRM channel, ensuring customer satisfaction always remains priority.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute an agile and personalised CRM engagement programme which supports customers through the UK Automotive commerce channel.
  • Lead and oversee the multi-stage transition of our CRM tools to a leading customer marketing suite with advanced customer contact capabilities.
  • Develop a new customer contact strategy which supports a personalised Automotive B2C customer journey. Clearly outline touchpoints and revenue opportunities across each stage of a customer’s lifecycle with our client.   

The successful candidate will have experience of developing and implementing a successful CRM strategy from scratch. You will possess a proven track record of improving retention and revenue via the CRM channel. A true passion for your discipline, with a clear understanding of channel innovations, future trends, and best practice.

Strong experience with Salesforce marketing cloud is essential. 

The role is initially temporary with the potential to go permanent and the salary equivalent is £78k. 

The role is inside IR35 and the day rate is £300 per day PAYE.  

You will enjoy a 35 hr week and a hybrid working model which requires 50% of the working month based at the Bracknell office.
