Milk Education are working in partnership with an SEN all through setting which supports learners with complex needs, particularly Autism. This role is based in a special education provided in Lambeth and will be long term for the right educator.

The Role: Autism Support Assistant

As an Autism Support Assistant, you're more than an educator – you're a guiding light, illuminating the path for children with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex care requirements. Under the mentorship of a dedicated class teacher, you'll lead the way both in group settings and through personalized 1-1 interactions. Your unwavering presence and unwavering dedication will be instrumental in nurturing growth and fostering a thriving learning environment.

MUST have recent experience working within a school!

  • Previous Experience (Essential): you will already have 6 months minimum experience working in a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant role.
