Our client is a leading City-based firm of Chartered Accountants. Following a strong period of growth, they would like to recruit an Audit Trainee / Audit Junior to join their audit department.

Working closely with a team of Audit Seniors and Managers your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with external audit assignments by carrying out fieldwork, including testing
- Drafting financial statements and related reports
- Identify and communicate audit findings to management and clients
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and team members


You will be joining a friendly, supportive team who will support you with your learning and career development. The firm are able to offer you study support towards the ACA or ACCA qualification and give you paid study leave to prepare for exams.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients across a range of sectors; including Retail, Property, Media, Tech, Charities & Not-for-Profit.

To be considered for this position you must:

- Have started either the ACA or ACCA qualification
- Have a degree or be AAT qualified
- Be able to travel to London for a minimum of 3 days per week
- Have at least 12 months audit experience at a UK accountancy firm
