This role is within a family feel environment, you will be tasked with overseeing specific audits, ensuring their effective and efficient execution in accordance with current agreed procedures and software tools. Your responsibilities will include managing daily task lists, processing information promptly using specialized online tools, maintaining a consistent high level of service for all clients, producing audit work to a high standard for review by your manager, maintaining compliant records, reconciling, and recording information, and ensuring that systems are kept updated.
In terms of communication, your role will involve handling client phone calls and correspondence in alignment with company guidelines, ensuring that clients are contacted according to their category's specific guidelines. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the integration of new clients. Leveraging available software tools is paramount to providing exceptional service, and as such, you'll utilise these tools effectively. It's also essential to attain and maintain your personal software certificates within agreed timescales to ensure proficiency and relevance.
What you need
- Studying ACA or ACCA
- Good oral and written communication skills?
- Ability to manage time efficiently.??
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Hold a valid Driving Licence
