Audit Team Leader
  • Job Type: Full-time, can be remote or hybrid
  • Location: Flexible (there is annual presentation in Manchester in December, otherwise meetings will have an option to attend remotely)
  • Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum

Join the Reed Compliance Team as an Audit Team Leader and play a pivotal role in upholding our company’s integrity. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to strong testing practices that keep our company on track. Your role is key to ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and contracts meeting legal standards and our own financial goals, helping us grow and remain stable.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our internal audit program, crafting methods to assess control effectiveness.
  • Pinpoint crucial areas for testing, informed by trends and sector insights.
  • Generate timely, clear, and precise audit reports.
  • Lead the charge for external audits, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Update and review compliance for candidates and systems.
  • Conduct compliance and audit training for our team.
  • Keep supplier audits current and relevant.
  • Communicate audit outcomes to key stakeholders.

  • A master organizer.
  • Keenly analytical with an eye for detail.
  • Adept in report writing and presenting succinct findings.
  • An excellent communicator, capable of engaging with all company levels.
