Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our team in Reading. As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in conducting audits, managing client relationships, and contributing to the success of our firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards and firm policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business operations and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in business development activities and contribute to firm initiatives.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Previous experience in audit within an accounting firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
