Audit Senior/Accountant

NLB Solutions are working with a growing and ambitious firm of chartered accountants and business advisors who are recruiting a Senior Accountant/Auditor to join a large and expanding team. You will work closely with the Partners and managers to oversee the existing team and take responsibility for developing and building client relationships. The role will be 70% audit and 30% accounts and will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners and managers across Audit, accounts, and regular contact with clients, must be self-sufficient in Accounts Preparation, Corporate Tax and VAT. In return the client will offer a competitive salary/package.

Job Spec:

• You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients.
• Working closely with an experienced Partner across Audit, Accounts, requiring frequent client interaction.
• The role will require a combination of audit, accounts management for a varied portfolio as well as client advisory work.
• Client portfolio made up of limited companies and HNWIs to include Property, Trading and Professional Services.

Person Spec:

• Self-sufficient in all areas of Accounts Preparation, Audit, Corporate Tax, VAT
• ACA/ACCA Part qualified or Qualified
• Able to demonstrate strong communication and portfolio management skills.
• Experience in the use of Iris would be an advantage
