We're currently representing a prestigious Top 40 Accountancy Firm, actively seeking a talented Audit Semi Senior to join their team based in Peterborough.

The role:

As an Audit Semi Senior, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audit services to your clients. Working closely with the audit teams, you will be responsible for conducting audits, examining financial records, and providing valuable insights to improve client processes. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, gaining valuable experience in the field of auditing. You will also act as a mentor to junior members of the team, providing support and guidance, whilst fostering a culture of learning and development within the firm.

Requirements:

  • AAT part/fully qualified or ACA part qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years of audit experience within a reputable UK based accounting firm.
  • Knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to upholding professional ethics and integrity in all aspects of work.
