Audit Manager / Senior Manager - Leading Firm

Our client, a leading chartered accountancy firm in central Milton Keynes, has an excellent Audit Manager / Senior Manager opportunity for an individual with drive and enthusiasm to develop their career and become a key player in their growing Audit team.

They are seeking someone with energy, strong influencing skills and vision, who takes pride in their work. With a background in larger corporates (typically £30m to £100m turnover) and groups, you will have your own caseload and work directly with partners, as well as developing our Audit team.

This individual will be responsible for managing a caseload for general practice partners across the firm. They will have control and supervision of the team and will have responsibility for marketing and promotion of the firm.

The ideal candidate

• ACA or ACCA Qualiified
• 3 years' experience as a manager and trained within a practice and used to dealing with organisations with turnovers of £30-£100 million.
• Relevant privately owned business sector audit experience
• Up to date technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS
• Able to deal confidently and effectively with clients, staff and partners
• A passion to become part of a growing team and help to promote the technical expertise of the team and increase its profile both internally and externally
