Audit Delivery Coordinator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Day-to-day management of the group’s quality programme including quality
- management system.
- Conducting reviews of company policies and processes with the relevant document
- owners.
- Supporting business needs for quality, including training for staff
- Co-ordinating Internal Stakeholders and external Audit partners for 3rd party
- accreditations
- Managing the quality and complaints processes, including resolutions.
- Establishing schedule and conducting Internal Audits of all quality processes and
- procedures.
- Coordinating Quarterly Quality Meeting – liaising with stakeholders, establishing slide
pack and actively supporting Audit Manager in its presentation delivery

Audit Delivery Coordinator Essentials
This is a growing business of 100 staff across four global offices. You will also benefit from the following:
- The successful candidate will be an efficient multi-tasker with strong administrative experience ideally within governance, compliance, policy or quality.
- You will be inquisitive with a desire to improve processes, with experience of policy review or auditing.
- Strong organisational skills and IT skills.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels.
Location
Based in Oxford, this is a full-time, hybrid role, working 2 days in the office. Part-time hours may also be considered.
There is free onsite parking and a bus route available, however there are no direct train links.
