We are working with a highly-established firm in Leeds who are seeking an ambitious Senior or Assistant Manager to join their growing Audit & Accounts team.

Ideal for a recently ACA/ ACCA Qualified individual with experience of leading audits looking for career progression (to Manager/ Senior Manager), flexibility and an excellent work/ life balance.

You will be working with an impressive portfolio of clients including OMBs, Groups and LLPs, mentored by the Senior Managers/ Partners towards the next stage of your career.

Highly competitive remuneration & benefits package, paid overtime, 35 hour working week, hybrid/ flexible working (WFH 3 days a week).

The Role:

Leading/ managing external audits from planning to completion
Leading/ managing teams of junior staff
Review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS102
Mentoring and supervising junior members of staff
Regular client meetings and dealing with queries
Training and developing junior members of staff
Client meetings
Providing support to the Managers/ Partners

You:

ACA/ ACCA Qualified
ACA/ ACCA Finalist/ Part Qualified also considered
Experience of leading audits from planning to completion
Practice experience is essential
Good working knowledge of FRS102
Driving licence (ideally)
