You’ll have a natural talent for building excellent rapport with clients, as well as an ability to support junior team members with a constructive approach to mentoring. You’ll be able to effectively communicate technical matters in an easy-to-understand way for clients and a high level of attention to detail will also be essential for this role. You’ll be excited to look at the provision of audit services with a fresh approach and you’ll be open to improving the employer’s service provision for clients.

Job Purpose

  • Manage audits from planning to completion.
  • Mentor new trainees?and support with their learning and development.
  • Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met.
  • Identification and mitigation of risk.
  • Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth.
  • Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Confident in supporting the Managers in networking activities to promote the department.
  • Provide professional client-facing communication skills.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

  • Technically efficient in all matters of audit

  • Previous supervisory experience, with a positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
