Audit Assistant Manager (Portfolio)

Ambition are working with an established Top 100 firm that that are looking to hire an Assistant Manager (managing a portfolio) due to continued growth.

The firm have gone from strength to strength over recent years with numerous clients wins, particularly those from the Top 10. You will have exposure to a variety of sectors ranging from property to cryptocurrency.

With the continued growth their will be plenty of opportunities for future progression which is further enhanced by promotion cycles twice a year. The firm do regular socials which are aimed to be inclusive for all.

Responsibilities include;

  • Manage and coach a team
  • Review work of your team ensuring quality standards are met
  • Oversee and manage l completion of audit assignments including assessing controls, systems and planning
  • Manage clients and identify opportunities through thinking strategically and understanding the client's needs, their business and key risks
  • Maintain high technical and professional standards
  • Manage team and individual budgets
  • Work closely with the Managers and Partners in the planning and throughout the audit assignments, discussing findings, risks and actions to address any risks that have been identified


Requirements

  • ACA ICAEW, ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • At least two years of experience in audit in the UK
  • Audit Assistant Manager (Portfolio)
