**The Opportunity for You:**

As a Semi-Senior within our client's team, you will be presented with the chance to:

- Take ownership of a portfolio under the guidance and mentorship of your manager.

- Contribute to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets by leveraging your skills and motivation.

- Foster enduring relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support.

- This role will be based in our client's  Peterborough office. 

**Role Responsibilities:**

In this role, you will undertake a variety of tasks, including:

- Crafting complex annual statutory accounts for clients, complemented by valuable insights and recommendations subject to partner review.

- Providing essential accounting support to clients, enhancing their financial operations.

- Acting as a mentor to junior team members, guiding them through their professional journey and assisting them with queries.

- Thriving as an autonomous contributor and as a collaborative team player.

- Nurturing and empowering less experienced team members.

- Sustaining open lines of communication with colleagues, line managers, and clients.

- Fulfilling your own chargeable time budget, aligning with anticipated utilisation percentage budgets.

- Keeping meticulous records of your work in your timesheet.

- Initiating the fee process.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

To be a strong contender for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

- Hold ACA/ACCA newly or part qualified (or equivalent) certification.

- Showcase a track record of success in a similar role, whether from a practice or industry background.

- Demonstrate experience or genuine interest in working with agricultural and rural clients.

- Your journey will be guided by senior management through valuable mentorship, enhancing your soft skills in areas such as effective client management and progress into staff leadership.
