Location: Brentwood, Essex

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 DOE

ProTalent, on behalf of our esteemed client, a dynamic and thriving accountancy practice in Brentwood, Essex, is currently seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior to join their high-performing team.

Our client is a small to medium sized accountancy firm, recognised for punching above its weight in the areas of Tax, Accounts, and Business advice. Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting audits and preparing financial statements for a diverse range of clients.

- Providing valuable insights into accounting and financial matters.

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Qualified by Experience, Chartered Accountants, Certified Accountants, Xero Experts, Payroll Experts, R & D specialists, Chartered Tax Advisers, and other professionals.

- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the industry.

Requirements:

- AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA (will offer study support). 

- Proven experience in audit and accounts within an accountancy practice setting.

- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and auditing standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a positive and supportive team environment.
