Our client based in Cheadle is seeking a skilled Audio Typist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. With their hardworking and friendly team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for audio typing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Audio Typing: Utilise your audio typing skills to transcribe various documents accurately and efficiently.

- Diary Management: Assist in managing appointments and meetings, ensuring schedules are well-organised.

- Document Production: Create and format documents as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Telephone Queries: Respond to inquiries over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.

- Letter Writing: Assist with drafting and formatting letters to facilitate effective communication.

- Filing: Organise and maintain relevant documents and records in a systematic manner.

- System and Database Updates: Keep systems and databases up-to-date with the latest information.

- Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the team.

Experience and Skills Required:

- Attention to Detail: Possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

- Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in person, over the phone, and via email.

- Administrative Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.

- Audio Typing: Familiarity and proficiency in audio typing is essential.

- Medical Environment (Desirable): While not essential, experience in a medical environment would be advantageous.

- Work Ethic: Exhibit a hardworking and punctual approach to your work.
