Are you an experienced coordinator or similar with familiarity of auction process' looking to join a market leading company where you will be able to use your exceptional organisational and logistical skills to excel in this globally renowned and progressive business?

With decades of experience behind them, they conduct unreserved auctions of industrial plants, construction equipment & agricultural machinery. In this role you will be coordinating the intake and storage of auction items, including vehicles, equipment, and machinery. You will be organizing and cataloguing items for auction, ensuring accurate descriptions and photographs are taken.

This role would suit a project manager with knowledge surrounding auction process' who's looking to use their strong organisation and machinery management skills in a pivotal role.

The role:

• Managing the layout of the auction yard to optimise space utilisation and accessibility for viewing
• Overseeing the scheduling and logistics of item pickups and deliveries, coordinating with vendors and buyers as needed
• Providing excellent customer service to clients visiting the auction yard, answering enquiries and providing information about auction items
• Supervising yard staff, including training, scheduling and performance management
• Monday - Friday (+1 of every 6 weekends)

The person:

• Experience in machinery / equipment logistics essential
