Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a temporary opportunity? Our client, a reputable organisation based in Swindon, is seeking an Attendance Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting role that offers the chance to support their HR department in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing attendance records and ensuring accurate data entry. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work are essential for this position. As an Attendance Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining employee absence records, monitoring patterns, and producing reports for management. Your exceptional organisational skills will be vital in managing and prioritising your workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee attendance records using various systems
  • Track and monitor employee absence and lateness
  • Investigate and resolve any attendance-related issues
  • Generate reports on attendance patterns for review by management
  • Collaborate with HR and management to implement new absence policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or attendance management
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
  • Proficient in using HR systems and IT tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

This is a temporary position with an hourly rate ranging from £11.44 to £12, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Although driving is not required, the organisation is well-connected by public transport, making it easily accessible.
