Whilst the crux of the role is still very much important, one of the key difference is that you can be responsible for managing refurbishments, portfolio expansions, and anything else that falls under adding value to your landlord’s properties.

What to expect

  • Handling and managing a property portfolio
  • Day-to-day maintenance and repairs for properties within that portfolio when they are escalated from the first line of defence
  • Being the support between Landlords and Tenants - offering help, advice, and troubleshooting where needed
  • Carrying out property video inspections showing Landlords how their property looks, and any maintenance/refurbs they need to do
  • Carefully onboarding new properties and giving the new Tenants a warm welcome
  • Managing a smooth vacating process for Tenants

Package

  • £40,000 - 50,000 dependent on experience
  • Intensive and ongoing training both in-house and externally from industry leading profiles
