Associate Recruitment Consultant

Are you interested in working in a fast-paced environment with a high earning potential and a clear progression ladder? The business went through a management buyout in 2021 and is now looking to kickstart its growth. It is looking for future leaders to help it grow!

With offices in the centre of London and soon to be in New York, and currently 18 in size and looking to get to 80 in the next 3 years you could be on a fast track to management within as the business looks to grow from within. Graduates who have joined the company a couple of years ago are now putting together business plans to grow their own teams.

The Role

  • Headhunting professionals within technology, transformation, and innovation
  • Business development securing new clients for the business
  • Managing the candidate and client through the process
  • Writing job adverts
  • Having weekly drinks after work!

What is on offer

  • £27k base salary
  • Uncapped Commission up to 40% of what you bill in revenue
  • Internal and External Training from day 1
  • Monthly and quarterly incentives including trips across Europe
  • Potential to grow out a new office in New York in 2024

What you need to apply

  • University degree is necessary (2:1 and above)
  • Demonstrable work experience ideally in a customer service/sales related field
  • Smart, bright, and highly articulate
  • Very competitive, ambitious and resilient
  • Strong evidence of high performance outside of work (sports is preferred but not essential)
  • Have a strong sales mentality
  • Must be able to work in the UK with no sponsorships offered.
