Package: £23-£28K Base Salary (£40K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2, £100K OTE Year 3)

My client is a specialist boutique who thrive themselves on building long-term partnerships with high level clientele in the Retail space. Their priorities lie within developing their people, you will undertake rigorous training that will help you reach your professional goals, whether that be within management or principal billing. You will be plugged into their vast client base, partnering with leading companies that hire the best in class talent, meaning the conversations you have with candidates are of a high level. Whether it’s helping to source the next generation of top level talent, or consulting some of the world’s leading Retail clients - no two days will be the same within this innovative and forward-thinking Recruitment agency.
