A family-feel, London Construction Consultancy are seeking an honest, and technically sound Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in their company.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based just south of the river Thames, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will take on two key fuctions. Firstly, you will manage the quantity surveying team, supporting them with their work, training, and career development.

Additionally, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will take ownership and deliver luxury high end residential projects for private, demanding, London clients.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS, or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • PQS / Cost Management experience in the UK
  • Residential project exposure is beneficial
  • Enjoys mentoring and managing other quantity surveyors.
  • Excellent pre and post cost management knowledge
