Associate Quantity Surveyor

A UK wide, Chartered Surveying consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to assist with the delivery of the cost management team in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join the senior management team in London where you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, act as a APC mentor, oversee project delivery, and be a key client contact.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an exciting time due to the recent influx of interesting projects including billion pound residential projects in the UK and Europe, an impressive framework agreement, offices, hotels, and some infrastructure jobs.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or similar
• 8+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Experience of managing other quantity surveyors
• A successful track record of delivering projects
• Pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
