A London Cost Consultancy with a passion for delivering projects are seeking an accomplished Associate Quantity Surveyor.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join ten other quantity surveyors and help them deliver private sector projects across the commercial, residential, student accommodation, leisure, and life science fields.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor shall manage clients, deliver projects, and support/mentor the less experienced Quantity Surveyors in the team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or holds a RICS accredited degree
  • UK, PQS/Cost Consultancy experience
  • A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
  • Longevity throughout your QS career
  • Client facing / strong communication skills
