Associate Quantity Surveyor
The Director of a London Cost Management division is seeking a reliable Associate Quantity Surveyor who can come in and hit the ground running.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will help the QS Director in managing 12 other quantity surveyors which will involve mentoring, reviewing work, helping them complete project tasks, and general line management duties.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor will also be hands-on, supporting and fronting projects across various sectors including: health, higher education, retail, and residential.
This role will free-up the Director to do more business development, which is also something the new Associate Quantity Surveyor can get involved in after a settling in period.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or similar
- Completed a construction/rics accredited degree
- PQS / Cost Consultancy experience
- Good management experience within a QS practice
- Pre and post contract experience
- Comfortable taking projects from inception to completion
