As an Employment Legal Counsel, you will primarily focus on providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of employment issues. Your role will also involve developing and implementing employment policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Description

  • Provide legal advice on all employment related matters
  • Develop and implement employment policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle employment litigation matters
  • Conduct internal investigations into employment matters
  • Provide training to staff on employment law issues
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Work closely with HR and management teams

Profile

A successful Employment Legal Counsel should have:

  • Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid legal practice certificate
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Experience in handling employment litigation
  • Ability to give clear and concise legal advice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
