Resourcing4HR are seeking HR Advisors or professionals in HR operations ready for their next career move. We are recruiting for an Associate HR Business Partner for a leading UK Wholesale Business based in Park Royal, NW London. This role offers the opportunity to apply your operational skills in a larger scale environment, focusing extensively on managing employee relations and supporting the broader HR activities that contribute to the smooth running of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners in managing day-to-day employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective HR management.
  • Participate in HR projects such as wellbeing and employee engagement but focus primarily on operational execution.

About You

  • Experience in HR advisory roles or HR operations, particularly with a strong background in handling employee relations and advising managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully and professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Resilient and adaptable, ready to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent practical HR experience.
