Associate Electrical Engineer
Bournemouth
£65,000 - £80,000

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer to join our client’s office based in Bournemouth. In this role you will have a high degree of self-government as you’ll be leading and managing the Electrical Services team and support staff to deliver consistent high-quality service for clients.

In this role you’ll be:
  • You’ll be responsible for supporting and delivering designs for a range of project types and sizes.
  • Work within a team a multidisciplinary team of engineers
  • Ensure that repeat and new business opportunities are developed
  • Continue to grow and develop a team of technically competent engineers
  • Seek new opportunities to develop the business
  • You will be in a client-facing role, attending project meetings and disseminating the brief within the project team.
  • Creating and maintaining a high reputation within the industry and ensuring adherence to QM and risk control procedures is also a very important part of the role

What we’re looking for:
  • Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • You should have excellent technical knowledge in your primary discipline
  • You will have experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment, leading, motivating, and supervising junior/senior engineers.
