ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

UP TO £60,000+ BENEFITS

THE COMPANY

Harnham is working with a leading research agency that aim to understand consumers and audiences. They work with a large variety of clients across FMCG and Tech industries offering tailored and bespoke research to address challenges. They are looking for a research manager to lead client projects and offer their expertise to use insights to offer credible solutions for their branding needs.

THE ROLE

You will:

  • You will demonstrate a passion for brands and comms alongside an ability to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills
  • You will lead various client projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running of the research projects and a happy client throughout.
  • You will be responsible for the budget and cost control of the project
  • You will be encouraged to contribute to their collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need to have:

  • Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research
  • Excellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic - with clients and co-workers.
  • Brand tracking and brand communications experience
  • Ideally full service research experience
  • Outstanding communicator (written and verbally), with proven client management experience
  • Some experience having managed, mentored or trained more junior members of a team
  • Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for the clients
  • Experience with proposal writing and business development

THE INTERVIEW

  • 1st stage: 30 minutes teams interview
  • 2nd stage: Task stage + Presentation
