This is an exceptional opportunity to join our clients expanding team, a multi-award-winning Tech Staffing Company headquartered in London, with global offices in two different locations across the US and Singapore.

We are seeking a high-performing, experienced contract recruitment leader who can manage a large contract portfolio and lead a 360 contract recruitment team.

As the Associate Director of Contracts, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, managing, and expanding a specialised contract division further
• Supervising a team of consultants focused on Business Development and Delivery within specific European Contract Divisions, specialising in Cloud, Data, or Cyber Security
• Providing training and encouraging the personal development of your team members through various initiatives such as training sessions, process management, regular reviews, and target-setting
• Setting and driving team targets to increase sales revenue
• Serving as a primary point of contact for all processes to maximize deal flow
• Establishing company goals and objectives
• Conducting regular evaluations of employees to identify areas for improvement
• Designing business strategies and plans aligned with company goals
• Recruiting and training new employees
