Being a leader in the current market is a huge task in any consultancy. And as you know, we are experiencing one of the largest periods of growth within Building Services in the previous 5 years.
Across all sectors and companies, from SMEs to Multidisciplinary consultancies, teams are looking towards strong leadership to battle both a candidate-short market and a strong pipeline of work.

I am representing an established MEP & Architectural consultancy with a great value proposition based in South Manchester who are looking for an Associate Director to join their flourishing team of 20 engineers and technicians.

Their high-end clients include the likes of Harrods, Radisson Blu, Bentley Motors and Heathrow Airport Group and, in turn, these clients expect a high-end service which this consultancy delivers without question and their new Associate Director will deliver.

If you are interested in exploring a new leadership role, then reply to this post directly, and we can have a confidential chat and discuss the company in more depth to see if they are the right fit for you.
