Our client, a Top 50 full service advisory firm with a fantastic reputation for hiring great people (from all levels of firm, Big 4 to Top 100) and providing them with the right environment to grow, flourish and succeed, is looking for an ambitious Associate Director or Director with a strong background and reputation in Real Estate tax to join their existing Business Tax team.

Leading an existing Real Estate practice with the wider Business Tax team, you'll be provided with the opportunity, investment and support to significantly grow the Real Estate business.

Working closely with existing Partners (some of whom joined from the Big 4 / Top 20 firms) many who also joined to lead and grow a specific area, you'll have all the resource you need to develop your business.

Here there's a clear route to Partner, through building the Real Estate practice, growing the team and providing best in class technical advice and support to your clients (new & existing) - you'll have the platform & visibility to deliver outstanding results.

About you

- ACA / CTA Qualified

- Excellent, throrough & demonstrable experience within Real Estate Tax (particularly Stamp Duty)

- Fantastic business development, relationship building skills

- Great people manager, motivated, developer of high-performing teams

- Motivated, ambitious and flexible in working style, able to build excellent relationships with various internal departments
