Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor
London

A well-established construction consultancy based in Central London is seeking an ambitious Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join their team and drive the company's continued growth.

About the Company
My client is a respected medium-sized construction consultancy that has built an excellent reputation over 20+ years for delivering expert surveying and commercial advice across a range of sectors. With a focus on high-quality service and innovative solutions, the firm offers a collaborative working environment and clear pathway to partnership for the right individual.

The Role
As an Associate Director / Quantity Surveyor, you will utilize your strong quantity surveying background and commercial acumen to manage costs, valuations, and contractual matters on prestigious construction projects. You will take a lead role in client engagements, overseeing project teams while developing and maintaining key client relationships.

In addition to your core quantity surveying duties, you will contribute to the company's strategic direction, growth initiatives, and the development of junior staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS professional to progress to a senior leadership position and become an equity partner with a successful consultancy.

The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this pivotal role, you must be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience within the construction industry, including considerable experience at an associate/senior level. Exceptional QS and commercial expertise is complemented by proven client management and team leadership skills.

You will also bring the drive and ambition to play a key role in shaping the future of this consultancy and supporting its continued success. Equity partnership potential is on offer for the right individual who demonstrates the necessary leadership qualities.

An attractive package is available for the successful candidate, including a competitive salary, benefits, and equity prospects. This represents an outstanding chance to take a leadership role with a growing firm that values its people.
