A reputable Chartered Surveying and Property Consultancy based in East London as an Associate Director Building Surveyor.
The Associate Director of Building Surveying's role
As the chosen Associate Director of Building Surveying, you will be an integral part of a growing team of 5 professionals, focusing primarily on project instructions ranging from £3 million to £20 million for both residential and commercial clients.
The role will involve handling a variety of projects, including education and Section 20 schemes and will encompasses the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion.
The successful Associate Director of Building Surveying will have?
- MRICS qualified.
- A significant amount of experience in a building surveying role, with a focus or interest in project instructions.
- Experience with a range of clients, specifically residential and commercial will be beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills with previous management experience or potential would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
