Position: Associate Director - Contingency Claims Advocate

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

As an Associate Director managing Contingency Claims, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth administration of claims within our esteemed entertainment division.

Responsibilities:

  • Client-Facing Leadership: Act as a key client interface, understanding their needs and ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to claims management.
  • Hands-On Approach: Dive into the day-to-day management of contingency claims, overseeing the entire process from initial filing to resolution.
  • Industry Diversification: Work across a diverse range of entertainment industries, gaining exposure to different challenges and opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of two direct reports, providing guidance and support in the efficient administration of claims.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with underwriters, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and streamlined claims management process.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • Experience: A solid background in claims management, preferably within the entertainment or contingency insurance sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex claims scenarios and find innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
