A dynamic multidisciplinary consultancy based in Southeast London is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to enhance their growing team.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing a diverse range of building surveying duties, across multiple sectors, including commercial, education, residential, and heritage, the consultancy prides itself on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on contract administration.
  • Provide employers agent services.
  • Conduct a variety of building surveys, condition surveys and schedules of conditions.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

  • MRICS qualifed.
  • RICS degree qualified, ideally in Building Surveying.
  • Extensive experience within a consultancy background.
  • Detailed JCT and NEC contract experience.
