Assistive Technology Installer - Care Home and Medi-Tech Healthcare Systems.

£28,500 Basic + Bonus (up to 10K) + Company vehicle + Benefits.

Growing Value Added Reseller of innovative digital monitoring systems for the health and social care sector requires a well presented and enthusiastic person to join their established team to assist with the role out of cutting edge products for private and local authority run care homes, NHS hospitals, construction sites and other health and care settings.

Day to day you will fit and connect their range of iOT products and systems at a range of new and existing customer sites, regular weekly UK travel will be required.

Full training will be given, and installs will be supported by project management and qualified electricians where necessary.

You will also provide information on hardware and software usage, providing on the job training to end users and answer any questions they might have.

Will act as the friendly informative face of the business in system set up at customer sites and help improve use / experience of the systems.

Required skills and experience:

• Circa 2 year's + experience in a technology related customer service or technology installer type role (IT help desk, PC support, CCTV installer for example)
• IT literate when it comes to PC applications and understanding of wi-fi tech set up.
• High standard of presentation and verbal communication skills (in English).
• General interest in IT and technology.
