Assistant Yard Manager- Builders Merchant

We are recruiting an Assistant Yard Manager for a fantastic builders merchants in the Acton area. Ideally someone with experience within the builders' merchants sector in a Yard Assistant / Yard operative and/or yard or warehouse experience. FLT experience is essential as well as a full UK driving licence.

As an Assistant Yard Manager the role will involve an element of manual handling, as well as using equipment to load and unload deliveries, interacting with customers and make sure they are satisfied, ensuring the yard is kept presented to a high standard. There is always plenty to do and a variety of jobs so it is important the Assistant Yard Manager can use initiative and is able to manage their time sufficiently.
