A great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to be mentored under a Senior Project Manager to deliver a flagship development of 300 timber frame homes in Northstowe, Northwest of Cambridge. The development will involve multiple house build types and apartments on a high profile flagship development for the business with a heavy focus on building quality and winning awards.

Properties will range from 1 & 2 bedroom apartments up to 5 bedroom detached executive homes with extensive landscaping and community building, new roads, cycleways and pathways, landscaped gardens, car parking, a community centre and various community creating facilities.

The successful Assistant Site Manager will have an important role in delivering various types of homes on an extensive site to build programme whilst championing quality of build, and health & safety with a focus on taking plots from 2nd fix through to handover and customer care.

• 300 Unit development
• Timber Frame
• A mix of houses & apartments
• Long term work on this site alone
• 10 Years on site with multiple phases to follow from this phase

• Salary up to £50,000
• 25% Bonus Paid Quarterly

What they are looking for

The Ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, or Finishing Foreman with excellent customer service skills, and experience in taking plots from 2nd fix through to handover and customer care; ideally having worked for volume housebuilders on fast pace developments.
