Assistant Site Manager
Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for a new challenge and opportunities for career progression?
A busy housing contractor have a requirement for an Assistant Site Manager for a new development based in Greater Manchester with 200+ units with a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes (detached and semi detached).
The company operate across the North West region building beautiful, modern, energy efficient homes creating communities and neighbourhoods in desirable areas. They work in close partnership with Build to Rent Investors, Registered Providers and Local Authorities delivering high quality, shared ownership, private rented homes and affordable housing.
Working on a busy site, you will report to the Site Manager on a daily basis assisting with the daily management of a busy new build housing development ensuring properties are built to a high standard within budget and programme. Your role will involve dealing with plots from pre plaster stages through to internal fit out from 1st to final fix getting plots ready for completion and handover along with involvement with customer care defects.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must have previous management experience within volume house building. You must have up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation along with the relevant qualifications and training including CSCS Manager Card, SMSTS, and First Aid, timber frame experience will be advantageous.
