Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for your next challenge?

I am currently working with an award winning Five star builder who have a requirement for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their build team. The company deliver high quality homes across the North of England and the company pride themselves in their commitment to building quality, high specification homes.

Assistant Site Manager role

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist with the full construction operation including the control and organisation of labour and sub-contractors, Health & Safety, Preparing for Site Inspections, programming site activities, dealing with customer care defects. You will need high workmanship standards built through your trades background and have at least 2 years site experience in a Management/Supervisor capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, pro active, positive Assistant Site Manager to play a key part in the growth of an already successful business. In return, you will work with a team that strive to deliver a high-quality product and homes that they can be proud of.
