Assistant Site Manager - Kingston

Our client is a well-reputed, large house-builder that operates within the realm volume residential projects throughout London. Their expertise lies within place-making and sustainable living!

They are currently seeking a dependable and committed Assistant Site Manager for an exciting project local to Kingston.

This is a long-term freelance contract which will lead into permanent for the right candidate! Our client is looking to pay £180-£200 per day and want someone to start immediately with a focus on externals.

Ensuring that work is carried out to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and within budget with your team.

The ideal candidate will possess a history of site management within a residential capacity on a principal contractor's site. This represents an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with an established company on intriguing projects that have longevity.

The perfect Assistant Site Manager should meet the following criteria

• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a CSCS Black Card.
• Managed volume schemes
• Previous experience in working with exclusive clients and architects
• Proficiency in Health and Safety procedures, including the ability to create Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs). Proficiency in overseeing labor and supervising subcontractors.
• Strong IT skills
