Role - Assistant Service Manager
Location - Stockport

Salary - £31,500 OTE £36,000

Richard Abson Group are looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager/Senior Service Advisor/Front of House Manager to join a main car dealership in Stockport.

The business is a well-established and reputable main dealer, working with a prestige brand. Looking to employ an Assistant Service Manager with enthusiasm, experience, and strong communication skills to support a team of 4 Service Advisors and communicate with 11 Technicians. You will have opportunities to progress your career, attend additional training courses and gain/build upon your current skills.

Daily duties will include:

· Lead the Service Department.

· Welcoming and booking in daily service customers.

· Dealing with complaints.

· Dealing with all manner of customer queries and requests.

· Production of a detailed job card for the Service Technician to follow.

· Following up and providing progress updates to customers throughout the working day.

· The explanation and selling of additional work to customers.

· Assisting the Service Manager as much as possible.

· Continual database cleansing.

· General administration.

The Dealership is offering a basic wage of £31,500 with an OTE of £36,000!

You’ll work Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
