My estate agency client is looking to employ a motivated, hands-on, experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to work in their successful Department.

You will have a proven track record of working within Property Sales at Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager level with a good knowledge of property sales and the sales process.

Key Skills:

• Experience working in residential sales
• A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, valuing and selling properties and generating new business
• Excellent customer service
• Full UK driving licence & Car
• Excellent knowledge of the whole sales process and legislation
• Able to help motivate, manage and lead by example.
• Motivational and enthusiastic
• Hands-on and willing to 'muck in'

The Assistant Sales Manager will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to being compliant with an excellent understanding of the property industry.
