If you've got a proven track record of winning instructions in the London market, and you’re looking for a new challenge, this is genuinely it.

Rarely does a seat come up where you can list wherever you want in London, negotiate on a custom package that is attractive to you, and have the kudos of spearheading a new chapter at a leading independent in London.

The crux of this role is to increase market share. You can value anywhere in London. You have 2 sales negs who will take care of the selling for you. You will be working closely with the Sales Director as well, and they have one of the best minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations and market appraisals.
  • Provide expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and secure new instructions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
  • Work with the rest of the sales team

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in property sales valuations
  • Emotional intelligence
  • UK driving license
  • Commercially astute

Package

  • Up to £50k basic
  • Guarantee in place
  • OTE £80k - £90k plus
  • Easily 6 figures in the future
  • Pool Car/Car allowance
  • Mon - Fri with very flexible Saturdays
