We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our passionate team at the prestigious Steakhouse.

As an assistant Restaurant Manager your responsibilities will be, collaborating effectively with the management team to ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience, ensuring every guest is given the highest level service, ensuring the team is well trained, ensuring all guests leave with a positive dining experience, train and develop the FOH team.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Previous experience in London restaurant scene, a passion for delivering the highest levels of service, organisational and communication skills as well as working well under pressure and stay calm, having the ability to multitask, ability to motivate a team and foster a strong spirit of teamwork, full rota flexibility, experience in operating Micros system, WSET level 2.
